The shipment of the product(s) will be made within a maximum period of 3 days for items in stock. In cases of stock depletion, the period may be around 25 days, and Real Leather Studio, S.L. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) is obliged to inform the customer about this term. If the periods considered necessary by THE COMPANY to replenish the stock exceed 25 days, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount previously paid without THE COMPANY being liable to compensate the buyer in any way.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to decide which carrier will perform the transport, which will always be a nationally and internationally recognized carrier.
The buyer has 7 days from the delivery date to inspect the item and ensure satisfaction with the purchase. After this period, returns will NOT be accepted except for warranty use. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns of items that are poorly packaged, used, or damaged will not be accepted. The return must always be made in the same box or packaging originally used by THE COMPANY.
In cases of manufacturing defects, items manufactured and sold by THE COMPANY are covered by a 2-year warranty that allows for their repair or replacement at no cost. THE COMPANY will decide, after informing the customer, whether the item will be replaced in full or in part.
This warranty covers only the following manufacturing defects:
1. Defects in the original stitching.
2. Defects in the assembly or internal structure.
3. Problems with metal parts or hardware due to a manufacturing defect.
To validate the warranty, it will be necessary to present the purchase invoice, and the product must be evaluated by our technical service department.
The buyer must request warranty service by email to info@rls-art.com. THE COMPANY will inform the customer about the shipping process, timeframes, and other details, always reserving the option of issuing a full refund of the amount paid. Any shipment from THE COMPANY to the buyer or vice versa related to a manufacturing defect and the use of this warranty will be at THE COMPANY's expense.
The following cases are excluded from this warranty:
Natural wear and tear:
1. Scratches or marks on the leather.
2. Loss of color or shine due to the passage of time.
3. Deformations caused by load or frequent use.
Damage caused by improper use:
1. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, or excessive heat.
2. Contact with chemicals or abrasive products.
3. Spills of liquids or external stains.
Accidental damage:
1. Breakage due to impacts, pulls, cuts, or snags.
2. Damage caused by falls.
External interventions:
1. Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
2. Modifications or alterations to the original product.
Loss or damage of non-essential accessories (protective bags, labels, packaging).
